Anyone had experience in controlling drainage from enterococcous fistulas?

We have an inpatient who we are trying to improve their quality end of life by controlling thier fistula drainage. They have 4. We've tried the Coloplast wound manager, VAC therapy, red robin catheter along with VAC therapy. Any ideas  or suggstions? The goal is to control these enough the pt is able to go home. Pt is not expected to live long, has several other comorbidities.

The original article on NPWT by Chariker and Jeter was based on the work of Katherine Jeter RN. and her treatment of enterocutaneous fistulae From this technique came the gauze based NPWT technique. I would read the article by them which is easily found on the internet and follow her technique which was/is very successful for this type of problem.
Thanks for the info.
I have also use convatec fistula products
