Can Wound Care Nurses Write Their Own Care Orders?
We just had the topic come up from corporate that WCNs were not allowed to write their own orders, co-signed by the MDs or not. Have any of you had this issue? What are your thoughts? As for our instructor(s), should we be allowed to write wound care orders?
