You cannot stage this wound d/t the necrotic tissues.  It is impossible to see the wound bed until it has been debrided.
This wound is unstageable. There is mass amount of necrotic tissue.
This is unstageable due to eschar covering the wound bed. It would need debridement before staging.
  This would is considered unstageable.  The black necrotic tissue covering the would prevents being able to see inside the would and how deep it is.
You can't stage this wound due to the Escher covering it.
