unstangeable you dont know whats inside it
This wound is unstageable until necrotic tissue is removed.  It probably had deep tissue distruction, but unable to tell until debrided.
Unstageable as all have stated above.  I would posit that this began as a suspected deep tissue injury based on the purple/maroon margins....

this is unsteageable due to eschar covering wound bed.
