If you were wound care certified, what would your dream job be?????

I will answer first, if I were wound care certified my dream job would be to do wound care consultations and just be a treatment nurse all the time. I would be on call and get to run out and handle all the cool wound cases. Wounds just wounds all day every day!!!!! That would be my dream job!!!!!

My dream job would be the resource person for wound care at my facility. I would like to have my own office with all of the ammunition that I would need to handle any problem wound that shows up. Most of all I love to teach so it would be great to teach new grads about wounds and make sure that every nurse keeps up her competency for treating wounds of all types.

I love the sound of that!! Add to that working and bringing new wound care products to your state that are less invasive and more cost effective for the facility and consumer. I enjoy teaching and working with wounds, being a nurse liason for a company would be great too but I want to see, touch and feel the wound myself, not just read about it. Wounds all day sounds like the perfect dream job!!
