I am currently an LPN, for 16 year, in what is considered to be frontier medicine in very rural Colorado.  I am also currently enrolled in classes to be a wound specialist.  I have a question.  If you have a patient that has incontinence dermitis, that has sheared areas on the glut, that does not match with a boney process, is this still a pressure ulcer?
