Hey guys,

I am having doubts on how to properly score on the neurological deficits portion of the waterlow. It gives a range of 4 to 6 for Diabetes, CVA, MS, Motor/Sensory paraphlegia. My question is: What category does a patient must have so the score will be 4 or 5 or 6?

If anybody have an answer, please help me. I am currently updating our Waterlow Risk Assessment Tool in our computerized system and the computer will not read the data and automatically score the risk level because of this portion.
