Dilemma

 Everyday is a struggle for Wound Care Nurses.Yesterday, I visited one of my long-term patients. Waterlow Risk Assessment Tool

I am a Staff Nurse here in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. I want to obtain a license in wound care and still practice here in KSA.
