My job is great. I act as consultant and worker-bee both. I'd like a little appreciation from Administrators occasionally though. It's great that the doctors and patients like my ideas, and get healed, but after 15 years of effort it would be nice to be thanked by the administrators.

We use silver alginates, foams, wound gels, hydrocolloids but we do use gauze between toes and on top of these dressings for extra absorbancy.
