i noticed this pt. always developed skin blisters to periwound area of sacrococcyx. the tissue color is blackish brown with very poor healing condition, with dx of anemia,poor mobility, low h&h, low nutrition intake. is there any idea why pt.always develop blisters on periwound area? we try to treat the p.u but this blisters are unstoppable.
